Premium turf mix with mycorrhiza

  • Type: Mycorrhiza-treated grass and clover seed mixture
  • Main functions: Lawn establishment, wear tolerance, persistent ground cover
  • Composition: 78% perennial ryegrass, 20% tall fescue and 2% white clover
  • Typical sowing window: March–May or late August–October when conditions allow
  • New lawn seed rate: 25–35 g/m²
  • Overseeding rate: 15–20 g/m²
  • Sowing depth: Approximately 0.5–1 cm

Premium turf mix balances rapid lawn establishment with longer-term rooting and recovery. Perennial ryegrass supplies the main grass component, tall fescue adds heat and drought tolerance once rooted, and white clover provides a low-growing legume within the sward.

Prepare a level, firm seedbed and distribute the seed evenly. Rake it in lightly and keep the upper soil consistently moist until seedlings are established. Mycorrhizal fungi need living roots and suitable conditions to form a useful association; they do not remove the need for irrigation during establishment.

Make the first cut when growth reaches about 8–10 cm, then maintain a cutting height around 4–6 cm. Adjust watering and nutrition to soil conditions and use. Clover may flower and attract bees, which is worth considering when planning play areas and mowing.

Why it works

Turf and root associations in one system.

01

Designed for lawns

Growing plants cover exposed soil and can help reduce surface erosion.

02

Living soil cover

Growing plants cover exposed soil and can help reduce surface erosion.

03

Mycorrhizal association

On compatible plants, fungal hyphae can extend the nutrient absorbing interface.
